The Sharma Divan Complex project represents collaboration between the best girdlers from the Kamenický Šenov area, which is known for its strong tradition of lighting production and is known today as the Crystal Valley. The glass craft was made famous especially by the Palme family at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. We also collaborated with a renowned London design company on the development of lamp series not only in Arabic style.
The project also includes the implementation of all-glass chandeliers with shape following the chandeliers typical for the second half of the 19th century produced mainly in England and France. The assigned work was given very personal and individual approach which also included making a brand-new colour of glass - a special shade of blue with a hint of smoke, which we named February blue. This project also included production of more than 300 lights in 86 different designs, which we delivered to the customer.Go Back
